How many home-made food to keep fit and healthy

The cookbooks I buy and the type of meals I prepare at home seem to be closely related to the changes in my life that I like to know what am the cause of the effect linked. If he has his way of life to effect change in my eating habits changed, or has it changed to bring in my diet and cooking habits change in my life?

When I was a student, I have to bake bread. It took only a few pounds and a little practice to begin to have bread as varied and delicious as anything I tasted since the bakeries, and to make a fraction of the cost. But I have not started baking bread to save on food, or because I was concerned about a healthier diet. Rolling the dough and knead my fingers a break from long hours of churning away at a keyboard.

Back and forth, let the dough and go to work, to work on my keyboard and pressing the books, gave me during the long hours of intense research, which can weigh heavy on the body, mind and soul alert. Each experience has made increasingly important, because I made it with others. Soon I was lifting weights and working conditions in the cellar for the first time in years, and I was moving in the direction of healthy whole wheat bread, without ever having to do has a conscious decision. A few years later I started running. After two years, only running to keep in shape for basketball and tennis, I began to long for my short, with no plans to run for longer distances. It just happened. But changes have been brought into the kitchen - or perhaps I should say that changes had been made over the kitchen. I started my own soy appetizers as a substitute for red meat. I also make my own yoghurt and muesli, delicious breakfast kind of natural granola cereal and toasted nuts (and everything else you can think - raisins, coconut chips or chocolate chips).

When I found myself with up to two hours at a time, I began to understand that it is time to make an appointment for my first marathon was set. When I trained more, I had much less time to cook, but I was also that the preparation of food could be achieved in the procurement, which lasted one week. running on my day off, I would like to make one week supply of food too rich in energy.

Again, I'm not sure what came first: the new diet or new lifestyle - the chicken or the egg? Anyway, I'm healthier, happier and fitter. I have not always taken care of my body.
