Healthy meals and snacks for the children to prepare for it

If Your Family is in a race and you need to help children prepare their own snacks or meals, it is tempting for them to prepared foods that have to eat quickly, but not much nutritional value you.

½ cup chopped onions
1 pounds ground beef (preferably grass fed)
3 cans (8 ounces sauce) tomatoes
1 ¾ cups water
1 ½ tsp salt Tea Sea
½ teaspoon teaspoon dried parsley
½ teaspoon teaspoon dried basil
1.8 c. Teaspoon pepper
8 ounces uncooked whole wheat spaghetti

Heat the vegetable oil in heavy large skillet. Cook the chopped onion and minced beef in oil until they are brown. Floes break mix and mash the flesh with a fork.
