fresh green beans

Fresh green beans should be clear and easy to break if they are bent. When the beans again it's just not as fresh as it should be. It can still be used, but the freshness of bean is gone. There is nothing tastier than a good new recipes green beans and I'll give you some of my favorites.

Before entering the recipes I want to tell you how you can freeze fresh green beans. Strip the green beans and break their string ends. Place blanch the beans in a colander and in hot water. Then the beans in a freezer bag and plastic in the freezer to the plate, where they freeze room for all the food immediately.

The first of my new recipes for green beans, green beans and almonds.

Ingredients: 2 kg of fresh green beans
1 cup toasted almonds, at least if you do not how many almonds

The second is my recipe fresh green beans, green beans and green onions;

Ingredients: 2 kg of fresh green beans
About eight green onions, or less if you do not like onions
2.1 stick butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation: Wash and remove the string from the green beans and break ends. Boil or steam green beans until, but still crisp. Melt butter in a pan and add the cooked green beans. Cut and chop the green onions and add beans and season with salt and pepper. Mix well and cook the mixture until the onions are soft.

This recipe can be used as a dish with meat or fish and is for four with moderate appetites.

Another of my recipes with fresh green beans, fresh green beans in vegetable soup.

Ingredients: 1 kg of fresh green beans
1 can diced tomatoes
1 cup fresh peas
1 cup fresh whole kernel corn
1 large potato, diced
A pinch of rosemary, thyme and other herbs, as you
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation: Remove the string and break ends, green beans and snap in half in a large pot, add the other vegetables and canned him. Add the herbs and place enough water to cover vegetables completely. Cook until all vegetables are well cooked.

This recipe is a vegetarian vegetable soup. If you have a soup, which do not favor without meat, you can use the plain by the following: ½ lb burger or made into pies, cut ¾ kg of beef stew into small cubes, or cut 1 large chicken breast into cubes.
